Susan continues to craft an impactful career as a trainer, mentor, and entrepreneur.  Susan’s career includes several years as an educational administrator, prior to successfully developing her own businesses for the past three decades. 

An entrepreneur at heart, Susan moved quickly into the world of being an independent business owner growing a successful career in professional sales with a multi-billion-dollar global cosmetic company. Susan is passionate about empowering individuals to see the value in growing a career in professional sales.  Professional sales is a “great” leveler career for those who embrace the profession.  Mastering the skill set of selling, allows a person to create an abundant lifestyle. 

As a sales trainer, Susan built her career with an emphasis on mentoring others in her sales organization to reach their top-performing potential.  Susan is highly skilled ineffective “one on one” mentoring, “face to face” selling, small group workshop presentations, as well as instructing large groups in learning sales skills in an arena setting on a national level. 

Susan seeks to add value to the lives of others by sharing the skill sets she has mastered.  Susan seeks to empower others to achieve their personal goals and build highly successful careers in their chosen professions.

Did you know that the pandemic has ignited a renaissance of choice for the gIg or side-hustle or mobile worker?  In this workshop, you will gain an understanding of the new movement of the American worker to redefine the way we elect to work today.  You will gain insight into various work models in the new worker-driven landscape.  Assess your personal strengths with a personal SWOT analysis, DISC, and your 4 P’s personal assessment.  Investigate the work model that best fits and fulfills your needs as a worker.  Identify the benefits and challenges of working remotely or from a mobile platform.
